Since we are living across different timezones. It is possible that you will find us online and yet not replying to your queries. To enable better support we have our ticketing system installed and to raise a query you simply have to click on the Support Tab of the item you are seeking support and send us your queries from the contact form and we’ll have you a reply within 1 business day.

Note: We are closed during weekends which is Saturday and Sunday in our country
